Our Fun Party Packages!

General Party Information:

Booking Fee- $50 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of reservation. This gets you on our party calendar and covers all the set-up and prep for your party.

Please feel free to bring any cake, food, or goodies you would like to have at your party. HFA does not provide any food or refreshments.

Additional time can be purchased for $40 per 30 minutes. Any additional time must be reserved at the time of booking.

 

Max of 3 Adults in the party room during the art making portion of the party. There will be a $5 fee for each extra adult in party room.

HFA gifts a Customized Happy Birthday Canvas for all our Birthday Kids!

 

MAKE & TAKE

These are fun options for parties where everyone takes their finished art home with them at the end of the party!  All projects are guided with instruction from your Party Creative.  These are all taken home the day of the party.

Ideal for ages 5-12.  Party is 1.5 hrs long-1 hr for creating, 30 minutes for party.

$225 for 8 participants.  Extra participants $25 each.

 

Option 1: Canvas Painting

 You and your birthday kid choose from one of our canvas painting designs for their party. Each child at the party will be painting the design that the birthday kid chooses. An HFA member will guide everyone, step-by-step, in creating the design chosen by the birthday kid. Kids will take their canvas painting home with them at the end of the party :)  Need a design we don't currently offer? Ask us about custom requests.

 

Option 2: Sand Art

Sand art is a lot of fun. It involves taking bright colored sand and pouring the sand into a clear see-through bottle or container. You pour one color and then use another and another. Using multiple colors gives a layered look so the container is full of brightly colored stripes. Kids will have the choice a variety of containers to fill with the colored sand.

 

Option 3: Slime x2

We are making two types of slime: regular and cloud slime!  Kids get to choose their colors and glitter for a truly unique experience.  Slime goes home in individual containers that are decorated with stickers.  Make the mess here, not at home!

 

Option 4: Resin Frames

Decorate a glass frame with a variety of items and lock it all in place with Resin! Example of items: shells, colored glass, stones, glitter, and other fun objects.

Fired Parties

            All projects are guided with instruction from your Party Creative.  These are all projects that need to be fired in the kiln and will not be taken home same day.  HFA will contact the party host for pickup in 10-14 days.  Party Host is responsible for distributing art to guests.

 

Option 1:  Pottery Painting

 Ideal for ages 3-12. Party is 2 hrs long-1.5 hr for creating, 30 minutes for party.

​       Green: Ages 3+; Small Figurines; Add'l Person $20

       Red: Ages 5+; Larger Figures, banks, bowls & more!  Add'l Person $24

       Aqua: Ages 8+; Larger selection of Banks, Bowls, Mugs  & More! Add’l Person $26

Option 2: Fused Glass

Ideal for ages 8-12. Party is 2 hrs long-1.5 hr for creating, 30 minutes for party.

Participants work on a flat base of glass and glue colored pices of glass on top.  We melt the glass together, fuse it, in our kiln.

Color Project descriptions:

       Green: Night Light. Includes fixture and bulb! Add’l person $20

       Red: 6x6 Sun catcher.  Add’l person $24

       Aqua: 6x6 Shaped Bowl.  Great to hold treasures! Add’l person $26

Option 3: Clay

Ideal for ages 5-12. Party is 2 hrs long-1.5 hr for creating, 30 minutes for party.

Color Project descriptions:

       Green:  Ages 5+ Pinch Pot Creatures.  Learn to make a pinch pot and add extra shapes to            make animals, monsters and more!  Add’l person $

       Red: Ages 7+ Marble Bowl.  Use a bowl as a mold to create a functional bowl                with fun Marble texture.  Add’l person $24

       Aqua: Ages 8+ Wind Chimes or Luminaires.   Roll out slabs of clay and cut out or        shape to form decorations for a hanging wind chime or sitting lantern.  Add’l              person $26
